I value most of watch Ben says, but this was a bitt too much demonizing specific foods is a problem, yes high GI food is not a good choice, we can make better choices, the problem is frequency and quantity, that is the difference between medicine and poison-dosage. Comparing rice to sugar-Really?? We have entire populations living on these grains for centuries with very little detriment. For real foods, shop the perimeter of the grocer. Food in cans, foil-sealed containers ,and bright colour packaging is best avoided- that’s Big Food.
