  1. You look like a fitness model!! OMG!!! I'm so impressed and INSPIRED by your dedication! You put in a crazy amount of work! 2 hours a day?! Go on with your bad self!

  2. This was one of the best videos I've seen lately on youtube, how amazing to do this challenge it makes me want to challenge myself so much more! Can you post some of the exercises you did so we can follow them and get an idea into how they eat and workout? Thank You!!

  3. Loved this video!! Your next challenge maybe could be something athletic but still very aesthetic like training like a ballerina for five weeks or something along those lines.

  4. Michelle I'm beyond disappointed that you would do this video with a joke of a trainer that spreads lies and holds back the fitness industry giving women hoards of misinformation. What an absolute crock of shit to have tell women that they can physically "lengthen muscles". Here's and excerpt from a REAL trainer, Tony Gentilcore's blog. "Let’s first review a clear and permanent fact you can’t lengthen a muscle without lengthening bone. Muscles have what we refer to as an origin and insertion. This is something you cannot change without some rather extensive (and painful) bone lengthening surgery." Here's the link to the entire post as well if anyone would like to continue to enlighten themselves.

Misinformation like this is contributing to women's body dysmorphia. You are doing a disservice to your viewers with content like this. It's things like this that I, as a fitness professional myself, have to dispel on a near daily basis. Maybe you wouldn't have had the panic attack if you weren't being fed lies. Congratulations on achieving major body composition goals, but you never changed the actual length of your muscles. I hope you get more credible information in the future. Other than this one, I enjoy your videos and look forward to more of your content in the future.

  5. I am so proud of you. You push yourself so hard but always stay healthy and don’t let yourself be affected by other people’s opinions. Keep up the good work

  6. I think you always look amazing Michelle, but damn your results were incredible! You looked so beautiful and confident in your photo shoot. Glad you had fun doing it in the end.

  7. Ahhhh love this video! It's so cool to see the positive side of modeling for once. You can hear so much talk about how it can be a negative experience, but this made it so inspiring & relable, since it can truly be a passion. I would love to see more of these types of videos if it's possible ❤️
