  1. If you're vegan, that's fine, just don't try to stop meat eaters especially if they also eat vegetables. I would eat both but I hate the taste of vegetables and if I try covering the taste will mash potatoes, I'll eventually stop liking potatoes altogether.

  2. I've been vegan for almost two years and it's been wonderful. Once the first weeks goes by, it's like you said, it's so easy. I love cooking and I love experimenting with so many fresh, beautiful foods. Congrats in your 30 day challenge success!

I get stomach pains when I try veganism 😂 I’m a contractor and do around 20,000 steps a day, climb 20-30 floors, and I burn around 3,000-5,000 calories a day, I get so hungry to the point where I’m constantly eating crap in the day just to not feel hungry. The only thing I have done that makes me feel good is the Bulletproof diet with the butter coffee in the morning, and plenty of water throughout the day.

  4. I could totally go vegan if I wanted to. It's really good for you and the environment, but I would rather be one of those flex-eaters who eat meat every now and then. Combine a vegan cost and workouts 5 times a week, you've got yourself a good body in a few months.

  5. I don't really think that you can count in the whole blood pressure thing considering everyone's blood pressure goes up and down all day every day all night every night. I think that's the only thing that wasn't a factor but I'm surprised he didn't lose more weight!
