  1. Do this for 60 or 90 days! So much of initial strength gains comes from neuromuscular adaptations where as actual muscle starts to pack on towards the end of the 30 days. So what would they look like after another month or two is the real question.

  3. i am glad there is not much emphasis on stretching since stretching doesn't help too much except when you have to rehab injuries. never stretch before the workout!

    and NO how you feel is NOT the most important thing. WOW….i've seen plenty of obese and overweight people who feel great, yet that is NOT going to make them live longer, have easier time moving around in everyday life, prevent health issues later, etc

    YOU HAVE TO LIFT, DO CARDIO THAT CHALLENGES THE HEART (NO, WALKING IS NOT CARDIO, EVER!), AND EAT HEALTHY AND SENSIBLY

    IT'S SERIOUSLY NOT THAT HARD. MOST PEOPLE ARE JUST UNDISCIPLINED

  4. Do a study on black maca and black seed oil! I havent found anything negative about it. Is it all hype, placebo, or are they really miracle superfoods. "Cures everything except death." Idk
