The Science of Political Orientation

  1. It's a fascinating book that is very thought provoking. Good discussion here. Ultimately the information that Tuschman presents in his book helps me to understand how evolution can shape our political views. This seems very helpful to me in understanding people who have views that are different than mine.

prof post only provided the obvious picture of saddam, BUT he forgot purposely, to include how UK's tony blair via david Kelly, INITIATED the unnecessary war vs Iraq and the unfortunate deaths of UK Soldiers via the unproven weapons of mass destruction in Iraq! and ofcourse, poor david Kelly was murdered to hide this and the billions made by not only blair and his cronies, who continue to profit from their self imposed global importance as speakers, and Trojan horse legal representation of Iraq/Libya/Syria leaders and their families, assets, hence to rule the world, all you need is 1 of a partnership to be in a PM/President's role, and the other in the partnership to be a 'Lawfirm partner''-hence the politician can create the war, and the lawfirm to 'legally' steal all of the assets of the war torn leaders and their families, and continue to 'milk dry' the war torn countries oil and gold assets! it's still ongoing TODAY!

  3. "nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so", and politics is an accelerated field of selective biology like the peacock feathers, with all the usual compounding factors of disease and environment. Measuring the five bio factors across the behavioral spectrum might help provide a basis for better policy choices? A cynical observer might reasonably expect every influence factor to be used by extremists?

  4. I can't understand how isn't this big news everywhere! and by the way, big data + social media + behavioural psychology + these new insights: the future of social management?
