  1. I've been consuming a lot of soy products lately. I've been eating about 5 ounces of tofu with dinner for a week now. And a couple months ago I literally lived for an entire week on two cups of soy milk a day, with nothing else, but water. I've never felt better. Having added soy to my now balanced diet, I've lost 65 pounds, I've been more coherent, less stressed and have more energy. I find a lot of westerners like to make stories up about foods that they don't understand the science behind. Look at the current health of the far east and then look at the general health of the west. They know how to eat and exercise properly over there where soy is abundant. In my experience, soy is a good food source for us. You don't need it everyday, but it's not a deadly, demonic poison. It's helped me a lot, especially with general health and weight loss. (I'm not a vegetarian whatsoever, by the way.)

  2. This video was posted in 2014 and you're still promoting tofu/soy as a health food, which arguably is one of the worst blunders of the health field, second only to the promotion of margarine/trans fat?

    Look at the likes/dislikes ratio of this video and you get the story.

    Why even try? Why did you post such a video? Do yourself a favor and remove this video before it damages your reputation beyond repair.
